What is your MOQ?
Standard MOQ is 50-100 pieces per model. For custom OEM/ODM orders with private labeling, MOQ starts at 200-500 pieces depending on customization requirements.
Do you provide IES files?
Yes, we provide complete IES files, LM-79 reports, and photometric data for all our products. Our engineering team can also perform Dialux lighting simulations for your projects.
What is your product warranty?
All HAROLUX LED products come with a standard 5-year warranty. We stand behind our quality with dedicated after-sales technical support.
Do you have a US warehouse?
Yes, we maintain inventory in Ohio, USA for select products, enabling faster delivery times (3-7 days) for North American customers. We also offer drop-shipping services.
