As a result of a 1/2 inch connector design, our 0-10V dimmer switch can be easily installed to Junction box, luminaires with knock-out, or 1/2 inch conduit. 01 How to connect a smart dimmer?

Download Smart Life APP.
Follow the guides on APP to register an account and login in.
Ensure the dimmer switch is in correct connection with your light.
Switch ON/OFF the smart dimmer 3 times to enter pairing mode, your light starts blinking.
Tap the plus (+) icon in the top right corner on the Home page to go to the device adding page, You can manually add devices on the Add Manually tab or tap Auto Scan to enable the app to automatically detect devices.

02 How to use Alexa to control dimmer switch?

Alexa needs network to operate, it’s better to use our WiFi smart dimmer, otherwise you need a gateway to get network for Bluetooth model.
Ensure the smart dimmer is added in Smart Life APP.
Change the smart dimmer name to an easily recognized word or phrase, like “bedroom light”.
Tap “Skills&Games” in Alexa APP, then search “Tuya Smart”. Select “Tuya Smart” and tap “ENABLE” to enable the skill.

You will be redirected to the account link page, follow the guides step by step to link your Tuya Smart account to Alexa.

03 Why do smart switches need a neutral wire?

The Neutral wire provides power for the dimmer switch together with Live wire, in such completed circuit circumstances, the dimmer switch will get the best dimming performance. As a comparison, those smart dimmers without neutral wire have a minimum loading limit, they usually can not work with lamps under 5w.

04 Does the 0-10V smart dimmer work with LED grow light ?
